In order to do this, add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart above and proceed to checkout. When you choose your payment method, choose "Check/Money Order". When checkout is complete, you will get to a page displaying your order information. Please print this page and send it along with your payment. When we have received the funds, we will activate your customer profile. We make it easy.
